Sweepstakes Submission Period: Sweepstakes submission period begins on August 3, 2023 12:00AM Eastern Time and ends at 12:00AM Eastern Time on August 17, 2023 (hereafter, “Sweepstakes Period”).

How to Participate in the Sweepstakes:

“"Website”) and submit your name and a valid email address on the entry form to receive one (1) entry. 

Sweepstakes Winners: One (1) winner will be chosen at random.

Winner Notification: On or about August 24, 2023 the Sweepstakes winner will be notified. The Sweepstakes winner will be notified
via email. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of prizes permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Winner is solely responsible for any and all additional applicable fees and taxes associated with prizes’ receipt and use, including but not limited to transportation and parking. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. In the event that any potential winning entry form selected for any of the prizes is discovered to be invalid for any reason whatsoever, or if the potential winner does not contact Sponsor within 48 hours to claim the Prize or does not return the required Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and/or Publicity Release, if any, another winner will be selected, subject to the same rules and conditions set forth herein. Likewise, if the original winner is ineligible or fails to timely return the signed Affidavit and Release(s), or in the event of non-compliance with any other requirements of this Sweepstakes, the winner shall forfeit the prize in its entirety, and Sponsor will award the prize to the alternate winner. Winner will receive an IRS Tax Form 1099 from the Sponsor for the total ARV of the prize, as stated above, in the calendar year the prize was won.

Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or
substitution of prize (or portion of prize) permitted except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or applicable portion of prize) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Failure to satisfy any of the foregoing, comply with these Official Rules or any prize or prize notification being returned as non-deliverable or Sponsor being unable to contact potential winner within a reasonable time period for any reason will result in prize being forfeited. Choice of Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of New York, USA.
