SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING TERMS

We ship to all U.S. states and territories, with the exception of P.O. boxes and A.P.O./F.P.O. addresses. Most standard shipping orders placed by 12PM EST will be processed the same business day and will ship within one business day after your order is placed. Please note that some orders may take longer to process. All orders are subject to credit approval. For 2nd day and Next Day delivery, please ensure you place your order before 12PM EST weekdays. All Ground weekday (non-Holiday) orders placed before 12PM EST will ship within 2-3 business days if your address is verified. All orders from Mon-Fri (non-Holiday) placed after 12PM EST as well as all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following business day once inventory is confirmed, address is verified and order is processed.* We do not ship or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Shipping charges will only be refunded if an incorrect or defective item was sent. Please be advised that Zac Posen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Free standard shipping (excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii) is valid for orders $250 and over and can be expected in 5-8 business days.

Standard shipping cost (excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii) for orders less than $250 is $10, 2-Day shipping cost is $25 and overnight shipping cost is $40.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING COSTS

Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii: $50

ORDER STATUS

Most standard shipping orders placed by 12PM EST will be processed the same business day and will ship within one business day after your order is placed. Please note that some orders may take longer to process. 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please note that your credit card will not be charged until your items have shipped from our distribution center. 

ADDRESS OPTIONS

Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address. If you have an account with ZacPosen.com, you can simply select an address from your account; please sign in during the checkout process. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to multiple addresses. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address. Please note that each individual shipment will incur separate shipping charges.

RETURNS

All returns will incur a fee of $8, which will be deducted from your return amount. A refund will be issued within 14 days of purchase in the original form of payment. All returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached. Returns will only be accepted after completing the returns process online. The return process is only offered for orders within the US. Heavily discounted items are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit. Final sale items will be returned to the shipping address provided on the original order.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

ZacPosen.com currently ships to most countries.  

Your order will be delivered via UPS who will attempt to deliver parcels up to three (3) times. They will also leave a notice card after each delivery attempt to advise on how to arrange receipt of your package.

We will gladly assist with any inquiries relating to your international order. Please contact us by email at hello@zacposen.com Monday through Friday, except when closed in observance of the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day and Christmas Day.

TAXES AND DUTIES

All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. Taxes and duties are still owed if the item is refused. Any fees that are due will be collected during checkout. All applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery. Taxes and fees are based on many factors, including location, material, item value, etc. The amount of taxes due is determined solely by the government. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Zac Posen. Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes in the European Union. Duties and taxes can be 30% or more of the total declared value of your order.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For International returns, the customer is responsible for all return fees, including taxes and duties. Please send items back to us at the address below using any trackable shipping method:

Once we receive your package, your return will be processed. Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid. Unfortunately, we cannot accept COD returns. If an order is placed on ZacPosen.com and then refused, you will be responsible for the original duties, taxes, shipping & handling costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Please note: Zac Posen has made every effort to minimize our international shipping charges. We only charge our cost for these services. We do not make any profit on our shipping services to international customers. Also, we are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.
